Standard Class A Pt100 Temperature Probes
Our standard temperature probe is a Class A, 4-wire Pt100 sensor, manufactured in accordance with BS EN 60751 (IEC751) standards. Designed for continuous operation from -200°C to +200°C, each probe is individually serial-numbered and supplied with a certificate of conformance to ensure traceability and quality assurance.
For applications requiring enhanced precision, we also offer temperature probes with a third-party 3-point calibration certificate, meeting the demands of more rigorous validation protocols.
Robust, Non-Contaminating Sensor Design
The temperature probe is manufactured by a PTFE encapsulation specialist to meet Contronics’ specifications. Encapsulated in a virgin PTFE sheath and securely sintered to a PTFE lead, the probe is chemically inert and highly resistant to contamination. This makes it ideal for sensitive laboratory settings where exposure to solvents or reactive materials is common.
